I met one of your member RTN Kannapan at an Intercity meet in Malaysia. Our club has so far registered 6 memebrs for your conference in Chennai Trade Centre on 6-7/2/2010 thro’ our district. We are coming earlier for our trip to Thirupathi but coincidently your conference is scheduled during our visit. I checked the website and a hotel by the name of Hotel Park View is listed only 100meters away from the Centre. Is it true. If ok we would like to book rooms there. Please get back to me.
