Hi Rtn.Sheila Eastman,
Thanks for your comments. We do have good plans for international service this year. We are at the verge of signing up a sister club arrangement with Bangkok club. We are also envisaging a couple of joint project with them. We plan to have a trip to Malaysia in Feb 07. We normally host the participants of Semester at Sea programme students when they at Chennai. We also have an international evening with participation from people of various countries ( generally from consulates). Our International Service Director Rtn.Deepak Rai, is a widely traveled person with business links in Thailand and Malaysia. He uses his contacts well for getting international collaborations for projects.
