Installation of Interact Club of Karthikeya Matriculation School, Vadapalani.

On 2nd Aug, 06, the installation of the new office bearers of Interact Club of Karthikeya Matriculation School at Vadapalani, took place in an impressive function. The meeting was organised by the Interactors of the school in an excellent way, in spite of the absence of the Interact co-ordinator. The entire proceedings were very well handled by the students. President AVS presided over the function. Rtn.K.S.Sarma, Associate Chairman-Interact was the Chief Guest. He gave an inspiring talk on four steps to succeed in life. Before his address, he distributed prizes for the toppers in the subject, Tamil. This prizes are annually sponsored by our Past President SV Meyyappan. The prizes for the interschool competitions held by the Tamil Iyal Isai Mandram of the School were also distributed by the Chief Guest. The activity report of the Interact club was impressive and the newly assumed President of Interact Ms.Srividya pledged that this year, the club will do even better. Rtns. S.Shivkumar and Raghavendra Rao were also present.

Installation of Interact Club of Vidyodaya Matriculation School, T.Nagar.
21st July 06.
On the 21st July 06, the new office bearers of the Interact Club of Vidyodaya Matriculation School at T.Nagar, were installed in a function held at the school. The meeting started with a melodious prayer by the Interactors. The Interact co-ordinator, welcomed the gathering. After the installation of the new team, the Chief Guest, Rtn.Vaidyanathan, District Co Chairman- Youth Service delivered his speech. He mentioned that the Interactors should gain four benefits from the club, social networking, personality development, career guidance and social service. His speech was very well received by the audience. The activity report of the Interact club, read out by the outgoing president, outlined the good work done by the club last year. Rtns. P.Sridhar, S.Shivkumar, Raghavendra Rao, Rajasingam and Mansoor were present for the function.

Installation of Interact Club of Sri Sankara Vidyalaya, Pammal
19th July 06.
The installation of the new office bearers of Interact Club of Sri Sankara Vidyalaya Matriculation School at Pammal, took place on 19th July 06, at 3.00 pm. The meeting was well organised by the school, with a touch of a professional. The principal in her welcome address, touched upon the need for developing soft-skills through Interact club. Rtn. Mahendra Ahluwalia, District Chairman-RYLA was the Chief Guest. He gave an inspiring talk to the students and the students pledged to set individual goals for themselves, work upon a few areas of improvement in their own personality and report back by the end of the year. The activity report of the Interact club was very impressive and we are sure that the new team will do even better. Rtns. P.Sridhar and S.Shivkumar were also present for the function.

Installation of new office bearers of Interact Club at National Matriculation School
7th July 06.
The new office bearers of the Interact club at National Matriculation school at Kathipara Junction were installed at a function on 7th July 06. Rtn.Balachandaran, District Chairman for Youth Service was the Chief guest. Apart from the Chief guest, President AVS and Youth Service Director P.Sridhar addressed the students.
Our members, Rtns.Mukku, Raghavendra Rao, Shiv, Mansoor and Rajasingam participated in the event.

New Interact Club Inaugurated
5th July 06.
On the 5th of July, RCM started the new Rotary year in an impressive way, with the inauguration of a new interact club, even before the first regular meeting for this year started. At 11.00 am, the new interact club at Alpha matriculation school at CIT Nagar was inaugurated. Rtn.Jagadeesh Krishnamurthy, the Dist Advisor- Youth Service was the chief guest and installed the office bearers of the new club. The new club, at present has 110 members. The Principal, Vice Principal and the Interact co-ordinator of Alpha Matriculation School pledged their best support to make this club vibrant with many service projects. Past President Manjula, Future President Raghavendra Rao, Youth Service Director P.Sridhar and Secretary Shivkumar were present during the function.
